NCLC is using a platform called the Attendee Hub to host the 2021 Consumer Rights Litigation Conference. Please read the user guide below before December 6th and review all technology instructions to prepare yourself for the virtual event.

Prepare your technology
- Use Google Chrome: Attendees need to use the updated version of google chrome.
- Please follow this link to either download Google Chrome or update your version of Google chrome.
- Download and Update Zoom: All virtual sessions will be held in Zoom.
- Please click here to learn how to download the latest version of Zoom on your laptop or desktop computer.
- Go Incognito: We suggest using incognito mode in Google Chrome while accessing the Attendee Hub.
- Use a Computer: Please use a laptop or desktop computer to access the Attendee Hub. Do not join using a mobile device or tablet.
- Check Internet Speed: Please use this link to check your internet bandwidth (this is particularly important for speakers).
