Prepare your technology

• Use Google Chrome: Attendees need to use the updated version of google chrome.
  • Please follow this link to either download Google Chrome or update your version of Google chrome.
• Download and Update Zoom: All virtual sessions will be held in Zoom.
  • Please click here to learn how to download the latest version of Zoom on your laptop or desktop computer.
• Go Incognito: We suggest using incognito mode in Google Chrome while accessing the Attendee Hub.
• Use a Computer: Please use a laptop or desktop computer to access the Attendee Hub. Do not join using a mobile device or tablet.
• Check Internet Speed: Please use this link to check your internet bandwidth (this is particularly important for speakers).
