Supreme Court: Federal Agencies Can be Sued Under Fair Credit Reporting Act

On February 8, the Supreme Court held that the FCRA waives federal sovereign immunity from FCRA damage claims when federal agencies furnish inaccurate information to consumer reporting agencies.
